These terms apply to your use of the OBITREND website and AI Fashion Creator service. By accessing the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your sign-in credentials secure and activity carried out through your account. Notify support if you suspect unauthorised access. We may restrict access where necessary to protect users, the service or legal compliance.

Acceptable use

You must not use OBITREND to violate another person's rights, create unlawful or deceptive content, upload material you do not have permission to use, interfere with platform security, reverse engineer restricted components, or attempt to bypass account, credit or access controls.

Uploaded content and AI outputs

You retain rights you hold in content you upload. You grant the permissions reasonably necessary to process that content to provide the features you request. You are responsible for ensuring that your uploads, prompts and intended use comply with applicable laws and third-party rights. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent or similar to other outputs. Review results before publication, advertising or commercial use.

Credits and subscriptions

Some features may consume credits or require a paid plan. The current price, credit quantity, duration, eligibility and renewal terms shown in the official app or checkout at the time of purchase govern that transaction. Credits are usage entitlements, not cash and cannot be transferred unless expressly stated. Do not rely on prices shown in third-party screenshots or old promotional material.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments may be handled by a third-party payment provider. Payment confirmation and account entitlements are subject to verification. Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the specific purchase terms presented at checkout. Contact support with the transaction reference if a payment succeeds but the corresponding entitlement does not appear. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

The OBITREND name, website design, software and original materials are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. These terms do not transfer ownership of the platform. You may use the service only as permitted by these terms and the feature-specific rules presented in the app.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve the service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific generation times or a particular AI result. We will make reasonable efforts to keep important service information available.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided subject to applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties that cannot be guaranteed for an AI-based service. We are not responsible for indirect losses arising from your reliance on an unreviewed AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
